New Year. New Life.

 

Last year has been a challenge, a beginning, an end & most of all a success. I graduated from high school with the best results in my family history (so far). I finally decided what I want to do. I worked more than I ever did. I chilled more than I ever did. I loved harder than I ever did. I fell harder than I ever did. I stood up again faster than I ever did. "I spoke my mind & didn't stutter one time." I finally know my worth & I won't ever settle for less than I deserve again. I got rid of some unnecessary dead weight. While I erased a lot of people out of my life I also met new people & made new friends, people I never ever want to lose again (you know who you are..). I became part of the best team in the entire world (S/O to Team LoLa Monroe!). At the same time I put my trust in people I shouldn't have. They let me down but I learned a lot. I don't regret anything. I found love in the darkest places & someone who looked out for me when no one else did. I learned how to love again. I lived my passions out like I never did before. And maybe I got one step closer to finding myself. Do I want to change anything next year? YES! If I gave 110 % last year, I'll give 200 % the upcoming one. I feel like this is MY year. I'm not even playing... If you don't like me better hide under a rock because I will put my heart & all my effort in making it BIG. 

I wish all of you guys a HAPPY NEW YEAR! May all your dreams come true. : ) 

Last but not least... The philosophy I'll try to live by next year:

"I'm an artist & I'm sensitive about my sh*t!"

Start Over.

Alo dolls!

I know I've been M.I.A. for a looooong time. I've been going through some stuff in my personal life. You know: Life, love, life? lol Still, I'm glad I'm back on my feet again after a rough time. : )

I haven't really took any pictures of myself except webcam ones so I'll post them, just for fun. 

The next post will include some pieces of art I did back in high school. I took pictures of them to be able to put them in my portfolio of artwork (yes, what I'm currently working on...), since most of them are too big to carry them around. 

I hope y'all have been doing good. I'll be posting more often now!!!!

Aren't they just BEAUTIFUL? I stood in front of that tank for like an hour. They fascinate me. - BTW those are [very small] blacktip & whitetip reef sharks.

Now - THAT'S my homeboy! Look at those teeth! 

Aren't those just gorgeous? They spend 1/3 of their lives sleeping & sunbathing. 

Yupp... I know what I was in my past life: A gundi!

Alo ladies & gents!

For those who don't know: I turned 19 last Tuesday, August 23rd.

I had a great day. My mom, Charlotte, my dad & me drove to Düsseldorf to visit the "Aquazoo Löbbecke Museum". It was AWESOME, since they have one of my fav animals there: Sharks. Unfortunately the "big" ones weren't much bigger than 70 cm... However, I saw sharks :-) And - of course - other fishes & animals. I've always loved all kind of 'water animals' & back in the day I even wanted to be a marine biologist & learned how to scuba-dive. 

However, after that we went shopping & I got the pleasure to go to a MAC store. YAY! - You don't want to know how much money I spent though. o.O 

Last but not least we met up with Marion & had dinner in a southern kitchen restaurant called 'Louisiana' - their food is THE bomb! Y'all definitely have to check it out - I believe it's some sort of retail chain. 

I thought I'd share some flicks with you & dearly hope you guys liked them. Unfortunately 'just' from the aquazoo.

P.S. OMG - Unless you live under a rock you should know that my lovely Queen Bee is pregnant with a lil baby Jayoncé. I am SO EXCITED! I really feel like I'm pregnant myself - THAT IS how excited I am. LMAO! I can't wait for this lovely bundle of joy. :-)
